DESCRIPTION

Delicate lemon sponge infused with fresh lemon zest and enhanced with a splash of lemon syrop for extra mositure and gentle tanginess. Finished with a smooth cream cheese mascarpone frosting and topped with a fresh lemon slice (optional to eat, but lovely to look at).
