Red Velvet Cupcakes
DESCRIPTION
Classic red velvet sponge (the only one where I have to use food coloring) with a tender, velvety crumb. Topped with my own mascarpone–cream cheese frosting - lighter, smoother, and less sweet than the traditional version. It captures the familiar taste of classic frosting without the grainy texture.
