Delicate raspberry sponge layered with a raspberry confit filling. Topped with creamy mascarpone–cream cheese frosting naturally colored with raspberry coulis. Each cupcake is garnished with fresh, juicy raspberries for a burst of freshness. A perfect balance of sweet, tart, and creamy in every bite.
